Does dreamweaver work like frontpage where you can just simply layout your website with little skill in HTML?

I have used frontpage when i was 13 and I acutally made some really good websites with it way back then. I'm just starting to get interested in webdesign again and was wondering how easy Dreamweaver is and if it has the same type of building tools where you can just drag and drop, or choose which images will link to which pages.. If anyone here uses dreamweaver please let me know how it works and if your website is up and running, gimme a link. i wanna check it out.
